DR. GOH, the first leading medical skincare with Halal certificate in Malaysia to combine the power of Chinese Medicine with the goodness of Western beauty ingredients, was founded in year 2018 by the renowned aesthetician turn Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner Dr. Jenny Goh, Ph.D.

Dr. Jenny Goh who is not only an aesthetician but also a renowned Doctorate Ph.D. holder and a practitioner of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine. With 22 years of vast clinical experiences from successfully treating clients from all over the world, ranging from Malaysia, USA, Australia, Hong Kong, etc. and extensive research studies on hypersensitive skin, inflamed acne skin, hormonal acne skin and ageing skin condition.

She has been working on different skin conditions and have invented many medical grade skin care products which would give an effective and long-term solution to all of these skin problems. All of her products are made from high-quality ingredients and is free from potential ingredients that might cause any kinds of irritation to the skin. That helps to keep the skin healthy and glowing after any treatment has been done to it.

About the brand founder

A famous cosmetologist, Dr. Jenny Goh has clinical experience of about 22 years since 1996 and is also the founder of Doux Visage Sdn Bhd in the year 2002 and Dr. Goh Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd in the year 2018. She has acquired a Ph.D. degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine along with Acupuncture and now, she is pursuing her second doctorate degree in the field of Oriental Medicine. When it comes to beauty therapy and facial treatments, Dr. Jenny Goh is one of the top names in the beauty industry. This is not only because of her experience but also due to the fact that she always goes out of the box to treat her patients in the best ways possible. Her methods of treatment include Acupuncture with Chinese Medicine along with using some latest western technologies.

2019

Dr. Jenny Goh received ‘Malaysia Entrepreneur (Health & Beauty)’award from Top 10 of Malaysia.

She was awarded the prestigious The Star Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA) again, this time wining – Meritorious Achievement Female Entrepreneur of the year 2019.

Dr. Goh Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd received The Star Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA) 'Most Promising Award' given to companies which has demonstrated potential in future development and are worthy for a special recognition.

2018

Dr. Goh Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd was established.

2017

She was awarded the prestigious The Star Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA) – Special Mention Female Entrepreneur of the year 2017.

She continued pursuing her second doctorate degree in Chinese Medicine with specialization in diabetics, cancer, stroke, and cardiovascular diseases, after graduating from the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.

2016

She was awarded the prestigious The Star Outstanding Business Awards (SOBA) for her amazing contribution in building confidence in her patients and satisfying all of their needs through her products and services.

2015

The Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture Moxibustion published her medical article called ‘Observation of the Efficacy of Electroacupuncture plus Weak Laser Fat Dissolution Technique in Treating Female Patients with Simple Obesity and Overweight of Stomach Heat Dampness Stagnation Type’ 

2014

She completed her Masters degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from the Guangxi University of Chinese medicine and started pursuing her Ph.D. on the same.

2013

There was a constant growth in the business that expanded from one shop lot to two shop lots.

2012 – 2011

She was honoured with the Asia Success Award for having the Best Beauty Salon that combined Eastern Acupuncture with modern Western Technologies. She was also given the Asia Success Award for being the Outstanding leader of TCM Acupuncture Medicine in the Beauty Industry.

2008 – 2006

DOUX VISAGE^®  underwent a huge transformation from a beauty salon to a clinic which was also the only clinic in Malaysia that had a fusion of all the Eastern methodologies with the high-end Western technologies.

2004

She completed her graduation from the Traditional Chinese Medicine College.

2002

DOUX VISAGE^® CLINIQUE beauty salon was founded for treating skin and simple obesity conditions which would ultimately lead to overall well being of any human.

1996 – 1995

She attended and did her graduation from the beauty school.
